On 13 May 2026, we participated in Space Meetings Veneto in Venice, where the Strategic Agreement on Advanced Air Mobility promoted by the Veneto Region, ENAC and SAVE was officially presented.
The initiative marked the launch of a strategic pathway aimed at integrating Advanced Air Mobility into the regional transport system through the definition of an operational roadmap for the deployment of drone-based services and dedicated infrastructures.
During the event, the partners presented the main objectives of the agreement, including the assessment of regional mobility needs, the identification of suitable locations for future vertiports and the development of applications for healthcare logistics, infrastructure monitoring and urban freight distribution.
Particular attention was also given to technological innovation and sustainability, with discussions focusing on the potential use of green hydrogen to power drones and on the establishment of a dedicated operational sandbox at Padua Airport to test new Advanced Air Mobility services.
