On 3 June 2026, the 48th EUROPLATFORMS General Assembly took place in Barcelona and online during SIL 2026 (Salón Internacional de la Logística – Barcelona International Logistics Exhibition), hosted at the ACTE (Asociación de Centros de Transporte de España) stand. The meeting represented the association’s main annual gathering, providing an opportunity for members to review ongoing activities, discuss future priorities and strengthen cooperation among European logistics platforms.
During the General Assembly, members addressed the association’s main administrative and financial matters, reviewed the activities carried out over the past year and discussed future initiatives and new opportunities for cooperation at European level.
The event also included the celebration of the 35th anniversary of ACTE and EUROPLATFORMS, marking an important milestone and providing the opportunity to reflect on the contribution of both associations to the development of intermodality, logistics platforms and European cooperation in the transport sector.
EUROPLATFORMS President Alberto Milotti and Secretary General Andrea Ballarin attended the meetings, taking part in the discussions with representatives of European logistics platforms and key stakeholders from the transport and logistics sector.
