On 14 May 2025, Regione Veneto held the conference “The Veneto Logistics System in Europe: Growing Together” at the European Parliament in Brussels, hosted by MEP Paolo Borchia.
The event showcased the latest sector developments, highlighting how infrastructure and intermodality—rail, road, and waterways—combine to create an integrated, competitive transport model.
Participants were introduced to cutting‑edge technologies for digitalizing logistics processes and to strategies for a green transition aligned with European policies and funding. The conference also provided an opportunity to discuss regulatory challenges and key projects aimed at strengthening Veneto’s position as a leading intermodal hub in Europe—setting the stage for the region’s collective participation at Transport Logistics in Munich from 2 to 5 June 2025—and to promote sustainable regional growth.
